Supported by the Ministry of the Interior and implemented by the Çankırı Ahi Yaran Assembly Youth, Education, Culture, and Solidarity Association, the project, titled "Embracing Local Culture in the Face of Digital Culture Developments," aims to preserve, promote, and pass on Yaran culture to future generations in the age of digital transformation. Association President Necati Taş stated that the project will keep Yaran culture alive through digital promotion and field activities, while Project Coordinator Ahmet Absarlıoğlu thanked the supporting institutions and emphasized the importance of cultural solidarity. Dr. Hilal Altundal Duru, a faculty member from the Faculty of Health Sciences, delivered a presentation titled "The Effects of Digital Addictions on Our Culture" at the training program, held at the Yaran House and workshops with the contribution of Çankırı Karatekin University academics from November 12–14. It was also announced that a book chronicling the journey of Yaran culture from past to present will be published as part of the project.
